- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Grounds and Road Maintenance is performed within the US Army Garrison (USAG) - Stuttgart footprint in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Approximate scale of USAG - Stuttgart footprint follows: Lawn Mowing : 120 Hektar Semi-improved Mowing: 40 hektar Snow Clearing: 450,000 m2 Striping: 11,000 LM All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
