Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACTACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (PL) (109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b), and VAAR 819.9007. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for 546-13-116 - Install Secure Access Panels in 4A/B. The project range is between $25,000. and $100,000.00. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offerors, quotes or proposal. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Valor Construction Management, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern.
