- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is restricted to small businesses. The NAICS Code is 322121, Size Standard not to exceed 750 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number FMS-HQ-13-Q-0003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64 effective 1 January 2013. (CLIN 0001) 76 RO R6-180007 Roll Paper, 20 lb, 50 inch diameter, 6 inch core, 18 inches wide, pinfed. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: A staggered delivery is required with the first shipment of 14 rolls delivered 1 May 2013 with 14 rolls delivered each week the following 4 weeks with 6 rolls delivered the sixth and final week. FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price.
