NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE (SEE ATTACHEMENTS) The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division, on behalf of the NIST Facilities and Property Management /Plant Division, intends to negotiate with Technical Devices Inc., 283 Second Street Pike Suite 160, Southampton, PA 18966, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subsection 13.106-1(b), for the purchase of annual maintenance and repair of Oxygen/Gas Detection System proprietary product of SIERRA MONITOR. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL; THE GOVERNMENT AT ITS DISCRETION AND CONVENIENCE MAY DETERMINE TO MAKE AN AWARD WITHOUT COMPETITION.
