This is a 100% set-aside for open-market 8a vendors. The location of the required services is 2 Massachusetts Ave, N.E., Washington, DC 20212. BLS anticipates release of a RFP on or about April 25th, 2013. The solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. Site Visit BLS will host a Site Visit for this requirement on April 30th 2013 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Bureau of Labor Statistics at 2 Massachusetts Ave, NE, Washington DC 20212. The purpose of the site visit is to give the vendors a "visual" of the areas of operations. You must use the Visitors Entrance located on the 1st Street side of the building. Due to the limited space availability of the auditorium, we are requesting only those potential offerors and large businesses seeking to partner with potential offerors to attend. We are also limiting participants to only 3 personnel from each company to attend the briefing (Teaming partners are included in this total. For those companies that will have Teaming arrangements, we are asking you attend with your prime contractor). The acceptance of attendees will be on a first-come basis, so once we have received the maximum number of attendees we will no longer accept additional requests. To simplify the process of getting all the attendees into the building, we request that you provide the full name of each individual attending and company name NLT Monday, April 15, 2013 to both of the following personnel via email: Tyrone Lewis at lewis.tyrone@bls.gov Lasondia Chaney at chaney.lasondia@bls.gov All participants must be present at the Bureau of Labor Statistics (also known as the Postal Square Building) Visitors Entrance for check-in between 0930 and 0950 on April 30th 2013 with a Government-issued photo identification for admittance.
