Description
Closing date extended to 12:00pm, 04/26/2013. Also, Statement of Work (SOW) revised deleting the current Clin's 0001 - 0003. Conference Room availablility revised to begin from 07/18/2013 through 09/20/2013. All other terms and conditions of RFQ remain the same. STATEMENT OF WORK SCOPE: The Defense Contract Audit Agency ( DCAA) as a requirement for a hotel facility/conference room for DCAA provided classes to DCAA students on multiple dates. Access: * Training room cannot be reserved by any other organizations during DCAA's contracted periods. * 7:00am first day of class through 5:00pm the last day of class. * Training room should be closed and locked after 5:00pm each day, except for cleaning crew. Audio Visual/IT Equipment: * Quality projector with the ability to connect to a DCAA computer and adequately project images or videos to a classroom of 25 students. * White projection screen large enough for a classroom of 25 students to adequately see. * Electrical outlets or power strips to accommodate one outlet per student (maximum 25), 2 outlets for an instructor and guest instructor, and an adequate number to power other equipment throughout the training room. Power strips should be placed in the safest possible positions to prevent tripping and other safety hazards. * Internet connectivity (preferred - hard wired; wireless is acceptable if the connectivity speed is adequate to support up to 30 concurrent individuals throughout the day). * IT support for wired or wireless facility computer connectivity issues at the beginning of each day and throughout the day, as necessary. * Tables or desk space measuring 2ft deep x 2 1/2feet wide per student, at a minimum. Other: * Vending machines or other snack facilities available to attendees. * Restrooms within reasonable distance to classroom. * Sufficient parking for 27 attendees. * Adjustable lighting to facilitate PowerPoint presentations or videos. * Picture of the meeting area. * Copies of emergency procedures in each training room during all course sessions. * List of facility points of contacts provided to DCAA.
