- HSBP1013R0042 (Solicitation) Attached is the solicitation package (HSBP1013R0042) for Guard Services at the Harpers Ferry ATC. For those attending next week's site visit at the ATC (18 April 2013 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon) a copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided at the ATC (NOTE: Please arrive at least 15 minutes to "badge in" and that NO PHOTOGRAPHY at the facility will be permitted.) If any vendor wishes to receive a copy of the SOW but cannot attend, please contact the undersigned at 317-201-4246 and CBP will attempt to work out access to the document. The closing date for the RFP has been changed to 17 May 2013 at 3:00 PM local time (Indianapolis).
