- The Mid-Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command proposes to incorporate three options into the Design-Bid-Build, Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract, and Solicitation Number N40085-13-R-8021. This project includes whole building repair to the 55 year old facility including major energy efficiency upgrades, replacement of deteriorated HVAC equipment and controls, repair of window systems, construction of an automated fire detection / protection system, replacement of deteriorated exterior envelope including masonry repair to eliminate air and water infiltration, and a complete refurbishment of the deteriorated interior finishes (ceiling, walls, and flooring).
