- This is a notice of intent of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) to negotiate a sole source contract with Logicube, Inc 19755 Nordhoff Place, Chatsworth, CA 91311-6606. Logicube, Inc is the only known source able to provide Talon E Extended Warranty part number: WNTY-TALE-KT, Dossier Kit part number: WNTY-DOS-KIT, CellX TNT Extended Warranty part number: WNTY-CELXT-TN. This requirement will result in a (12) month Firm-Fixed price contract to Logicube. This requirement has a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 334118. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Interested parties have five (5) Calendar Day or until April 16, 2013 at 12:00PM EST to respond. Responses should be submitted in writing, to the identified point of contact, with clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide the required service. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after April 16, 2013 at 12:00PM EST, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this sole source notice and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, this is solely within the Government's discretion. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to Keeyada Dickens, Contract Specialist. Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00PM EST, after April 16, 2013. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Requests may be emailed to keeyada.dickens.ctr@navy.mil. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Logicube, Inc.
