- Description
- The Audie L. Murphy Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, has a requirement for Special Mode Transportation Services in Kerrville, Texas. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, vehicles, vehicle maintenance, documentation, reports, medical personnel and supervision necessary to provide Ambulance service for beneficiaries of the Audie L. Murphy VA medical Center, Kerrville Division. Contractor shall furnish vehicles sufficient to provide full and complete coverage for pick-up and delivery of all veteran patients requiring transport by ambulance to/from the Kerrville Division The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and shall be 100% set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621910; size standard $14.0 million per annum. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract.. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about January 18, 2013 as a request for proposal.
