- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Federal Acquisition (FAR) 6.302-1(c) entitled, quote mark Application for brand name descriptions quote mark, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a brand-name contract to the lowest bidder found technically acceptable. This procurement is for Brand-Name purchase of hardware maintenance for a private branch exchange telecommunications system. Vendor must specify that they are an Avaya Business Partner. Vendor must list their technical certifications for a Nortel System. Vendor must state if they have parts in house or if they need to order parts from outside vendors. On-site responses is priority queuing for service requests, emergency response as deemed by PEO Telephonic Technicians, vendor must respond within two (2) hours and non-emergency response is next business day, seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Delivery must be no later than 30 days after the date of contract award in order to meet the Army requirements. No other brands will be accepted IAW (FAR) 3.302-1(c)(1). Period of performance: 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014. Please see the attached documents for specifications and justification. Please pay close attention to Performance Requirements on the Statement Of Work (SOW). Contract will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. Quotes must be submitted by email NLT 15 April 2013 5:00 PM Central time. All question must be received NLT 15 April 2013 1:00 PM Central time.
