Description

Notice of Intent to award Sole Source: This is a Notice of Intent to award Sole Source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures for the acquisition of seven, one-time, fixed-price repair services of FASTLANE KG-75/75A crypto unit. This is not a request for competitive proposals. This acquisition is required to support the Marine Air Ground Task Force Support Center (MITSC) build-out, which has seven (7) FASTLANE KG-75/75A devices requiring repairs as needed. Solicitation number is M67854-13-Q-4416. General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. is the exclusive proprietor, manufacturer, supplier, and authorized repairer of the KG-75A crypto device and will be awarded as a Sole Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213. The business size standard is $10M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
