- PR# 0044462001, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 04-29-13/CLOSING DATE 05-29-13 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 27 each for stock of NSN 1560-01-599-2363, FLOOR, AIRCRAFT. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation, Letter RFP, with the intention of placing this item on an existing BOA. McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Cage 8V613, is the only approved source for this item. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. This is NSN is a Source Controlled item. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 11 each ship to Defense Depot Susquehanna, PA 17070. PRLI0002, QTY 16 each ship to Defense Depot San Joaquin, CA 95304. The following terms apply: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 400 days ARO or best attainable. There is no partial Technical Data Package for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors.
