- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii) Solicitation W912LR-13-R-0003 is issued as a Commercial Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. (iv)This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $14,000,000.00 (v) The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, plant, material, and other items and services necessary to provide the following: Front Gate Surveillance Project for the Puerto Rico Army National Guard at Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Activity, Salinas, PR 00751 in accordance with Scope of Work (SOW). Contractor shall comply with the SOW. (vi) n/a (vii) Proposals will be accepted from all small business. Mandatory site visit for project description and clarification will be at Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center, Front Gate, on the 15 February 2013 - 0930 hrs. Interested contractor shall e-mail: kenneth.matos.mil@mail.mil no later than 13-February-2013 and provide Company Name, Information of the Company Agent visiting the site, and they shall provide valid company identification and a valid driver license. All questions resulting from this site visit shall be sent to: kenneth.matos.mil@mail.mil no later than 20-Feb-2013 at 3:00 PM. The government will be sending all answers by 22-Feb-2013 at 4:00 PM. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price factors considered.
