- Full Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Specification List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Purchase Request Number J3ONS6796 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-63. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 441228 - Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers, Size Standard $30 million. This acquisition is to be a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract for five (5) regular four-wheeled ATV, Five (5) modified military-specific four-wheeled ATV, two (2) side-by-side two-passenger Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV), and two (2) side-by-side, two-rowed, four-to-six passenger UTV including Unique Identification (IUID) Labeling for all items. All vehicles must be manufactured by a SINGLE manufacturer and have an extended 5-year warranty. In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003 quotes that fail to include labeling for items with values in excess of $5,000.00 will be deemed non-responsive.
