NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO 9) has a requirement to purchase Electrophysiology kits for the Cardiac Catherization Lab VA Medical Center (Nashville Campus) located in Nashville, TN. Requirements are as follows: ITEM NO. DESCRIPTION QUANTITY OR STOCK NO. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KIT, ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY, ENSITE NAVX, NAVIGATION AND VISUALIZATION TECHNOLOGY, 3 PAIR OF 7 X 4 INCH SURFACE PATCH, 10 - ECG ELECTRODE, 1 - SYSTEM REFERENCE PATCH, DATA MODULE INCLUDED PKG: 5 per BX 2 BX Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any vendor that determines it can meet the government's requirements may give written notice through email to Contract Specialist, curtis.cardoza@va.gov by April 17, 2013; 2:00PM CST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate ability to provide the above requirements at no cost or obligation to the government. All responses received will be evaluated by the government; however the information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
