- The purpose of this modification is to add a Draft Statement of Work to the synopsis. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price (FFP) type contract for the Navy Experimental Diving Unit ™s Tri-Gas Mixer: CLIN 0001: Tri-Gas Mixer For Mixed Gas Diver Life ”Support Systems: Helium, Oxygen, Nitrogen Blending For Diver Breathing. Installation will be in accordance with the solicitation ™s Statement of Work. The Government will schedule a site visit for potential offerors interested in proposing against this requirement. Potential offerors shall e-mail Corey Rezner at corey.rezner@navy.mil, on or before 3:00pm (CT), 15 April 2013 and provide the following information with their request: Name of the company, name, telephone number, e-mail address of company ™s point of contact, CAGE Code and applicable company NAICS Code. If a site visit is deemed necessary, based upon response to this notice, an amendment to this notice will be posted notifying offerors of the scheduled date, time and location of the site visit. The period of performance and final acceptance will be 180 days after contract award. Work will be performed at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU), 321 Bullfinch Rd, Panama City, FL 32407. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. All prices will be evaluated at the time of award. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the SAM website at http://sam.gov.
