- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole-source, fixed-price procurement with RAID Inc, 5 Branch Street, Methuen, MA under RFQ 1819136387. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. RAID will be asked to provide RAID Enterprise Tier-2 Annual Service to the RAID systems currently in use by the FBI. RAID Inc is the sole provider of this Annual Service Agreement. They authorize no resellers to perform the service. As a result, no other vendor can provide the required services. Therefore, RAID Inc is the only company with the ability to perform the required tasks. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests in this requirement to this office by 12:00 noon (Eastern) April 17, 2013, via email to the attention of: Lauren Caperton, at lauren.caperton@ic.fbi.gov. The North American Industrial Classification System Number (NAICS) is 541511-Custom Computer Programming Services. The awardee shall be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) and also the Online Representations and Certification (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
