- Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Coeur d Alene River Ranger District will be soliciting quotes for firm-fixed price construction contract for Devils Elbow Campground Upgrade, work includes removing two existing vault toilets, excavate and backfill for two new government furnished concrete vault toilet buildings and install concrete entrance pads for toilet buildings. Install two government furnished bulletin board panels. Remove all existing campground furnishings such as tables, campfire rings, grills, bulletin boards, fee tube and flagpole. Furnish and install accessible campfire rings, unit posts, picnic tables, aggregate pads around campfire rings and picnic tables, and construct access routes in group picnic area and to individual campsites. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around April 26, 2013. Estimated start work around May 20 and complete by June 20, 2013.
