- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for Information Technology/Information Management, Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) personnel on and off post on current telephonic hardware and software maintenance. The maintenance shall consist of service on hardware that is located and serviced out of Building 5250. A certified, not an equivalent, Nortel technician will service the hardware as required by the Technical POCs for PEO Missiles and Space. The maintenance may require on call service, exchange of hardware, from vendors in-house stock, technical support, and remote monitoring. Period of Performance: 1 June 2013 - 31 May 2014 Contract will be awarded on lowest price technically acceptible basis. Quotes must be submitted by 5pm CST 17 April 2013. All questions must be submitted by 15 April 2013 at 5pm CST. All questions submitted by email. NO CALLS PLEASE.
