Description
UPDATE: The FAA Contracting Officer is currently awaiting finanaial information regarding this requirement. Upon receipt of same, the SIR will be amended to provide the figures for AMS Clause 3.3.1-37 Limitation on Government's Obligation (October 2011) on page 27 of the SIR. It is anticipated this information will be available by close of business April 15. ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Screening Information Request (SIR) No. DTFACT-13-R-00003 is attached to procure aircraft transportation services for passengers from Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The normal flight schedule shall include 2 round trips per day, three days per week. It is anticipated that approximately 312 round trip flights per year will be ordered. The flight program, certification, aircraft requirements, and source selection criteria are identified in the attached SIR. The Technical Center is located next to the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey 08405; the overall period of performance will be five (5) years. Services will commence 06/01/2013. A single, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed contract is anticipated. Technical and price proposals shall be required to be submitted. This is a full and open competitive requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 481111 (Scheduled Passenger Air Transportation), with a size standard of 1500 employees. The NAICS code is provided for statistical purposes, only. The incumbent contractor is Vee Neal Aviation, Inc. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to propose for this requirement. SAM is the database that replaced Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and can be found using the following link: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ The SIR will be amended on Monday, April 8, 2013, to include the fill-ins for AMS Clause 3.3.1-37 Limitation on Government's Obligation (October 2011) on page 27 of the SIR.
