- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-13-R-0761, SC1000008372, 2810-00-472-6300, Spring, Expander, PIS, unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. This is a Commercial item with an AMC/AMSC of "1R". and is a not a Critical Safety Item. NSN is a Critical Item Application. Approved sources of supply are DYNA-EMPIRE, CAGE: 90827 P/N 6810247 and ROLLS ROYCE CORPORATION CAGE: 63005 P/N 681047. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). This is a Firm Fixed Price. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 1533 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 5054 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 1533 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 5054 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 7402 each. The total maximum contract quantity is 37,008 each. The requested delivery is 90 days ARO. Past Performance Information Retrieval Systems (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
