- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to issue orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-11-D-001P with Hach Company for the calibration, servicing, and repair of Hydraulic Fluid Particle Counters (P/N 2087301-01). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
