360070-13-A-0025 Griffin GA GMF Drawings 360070-13-A-0025 Griffin GA GMF Specifications 360070-13-A-0025 Griffin GA GMF Lead Based Paint Survey 360070-13-A-0025 Griffin GA GMF Environmental Report 360070-13-A-0025 Griffin GA GMF Return Package 360070-13-A-0025 Griffin GA GMF Solicitation Package The U. S. Postal Service intends to award a Fixed Price Contract to upgrade the HVAC system at the Griffin GA GMF, located at 101 N 8th Street, Griffin, GA 30223-9998. All work will be done in accordance with USPS approved specifications and drawings. The estimated cost of the project is between $1,200,000 and $1,500,000 with construction completion within 270 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The SOLICITATION PACKAGE is attached to this posting. THIS SOLICITATION IS LIMITED TO THE PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS NAMED ON THE ATTACHED LIST OF PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. A PRE PROPOSAL MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE SITE ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 2013, AT 11:00 A.M. ATTENDANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Bob Ramba, Purchasing & Supply Management Specialist, robert.c.ramba@usps.gov. QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY NOON EASTERN TIME ON APRIL 26, 2013. There will be no public opening of offers. All proposal information received is CONFIDENTIAL until award of a contract. Upon award, the name of the successful offeror and the amount of the contract will be released as public information. The names of offerors and the amount of their offers will not be released as public information. This information is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, Exception 4.
