- SELF CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS (SCBA) AG-9A63-S-13-0094 April 12, 2013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-9A63-S-13-0094 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2006-55. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 339113 and small business size standard is 500 employees. This is for a quantity of 6 each Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), delivered. Specifications MSA FireHawk M7 Air Mask NFPA 2007 Compliant. Must be this specific model to match cross training and equipment swap. Including: -3000 psi Air Mask Assembly -Airframe Double Pull Harness -Lumbar Pad -3000 psi Carbon Fiber Cylinder -CBRN FireHawk 2nd Stage Regulator, PTC, Threaded w/Solid Cover -Ultra Elite Facepiece, Medium -Medium Nosecup -Speed-ON Head Harness -Heads-Up-Display -Pass Device -Training to be included in price Delivery approximately by May 15, 2013.
