Description

Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting proposals to provide the Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI with a Zeiss HFA 750i w/table including USB, DICOM Gateway 2.0, DG 2.0 License, NetPro, GPA, SITA SWAP & Kinetic. This is a brand name or equal requirement. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. The Government will use a 'Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable best value analysis in evaluating offers. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 423450 is 100 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about April 11, 2013.
