- Additional Questions and Answers Sign-in Roster FA2823-13-R-0005 Amendment #2. New DATE/TIME for proposals is Monday, 22 April 2013 Resurface Floor of Bldg 78, Eglin Air Force Base, FL Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract See Schedule B, Enter Prices in Section B. Use Type Writer or Black Ink. Must submit completed SF Form 1442, AF Form 3052, and Representations and Ceritifications with offer. Contractor will read Section "L" and Section "M" carefully and must comply will all requirements. This acquisition is set-aside for woman-own small businesses. The magnitude of this construction requirement will be $25,000 and $100,000. Proposals may be hand-carried or mailed to: AFTC/PZIOC, 308 West D Avenue, Ste 130 (Bldg 260), Eglin AFB, FL 32542 (Attn: Richard T. Bend, 850-882-0297) or may be emailed to richard.bend@eglin.af.mil. IMPORTANT DATES Due to this latest amendment we will extend the date for proposals by seven (7) days.
