- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall provide portable chemical toilets at five locations in the vicinity of El Centro, CA. Each location shall have at a minimum 1 portable chemical toilet. The service shall include at a minimum, delivery and pick-up of toilet, two times a week service, which includes emptying and replacing chemicals, sanitizing, and replacing toilet paper. Contractor shall move the chemical latrines to any of the alternate locations provided in the alternate location list when given 48 hour notice from the government; not to exceed two times per system. Contractor shall provide portable hand wash stations at five locations in the vicinity of El Centro, CA. Each location shall have a minimum 1 portable hand wash station. The service shall include at a minimum, delivery and pick-up of hand wash station and two times a week service which includes: sanitizing unit, emptying of dirty water and replenishment of soap and paper towels. Contractor shall move the chemical latrines to any of the alternate locations provided in the alternate location list when given 48 hour notice from the government; not to exceed two times per system.
