- IT Software Application Operations and Maintenance Services The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) on behalf of the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) located in Washington D.C. has a requirement for a contractor to perform IT Software Application Operations and Maintenance services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement will result in the award of a labor hour (LH) contract. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12-months and four 12-month option periods. Clarifying questions are due via email (in block 7a. above) only, no later than 4/19/13 at 10am EST. Proposals are due per block 8 above.
