- Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for Line Hardware. Quantity Various. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Request for Quotes will be issued electronically on or about April 12, 2013. Quotes may be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 1800 S Rio Grande Avenue, Montrose, CO 81401 or e-mailed to eray@wapa.gov, or submitted electronically. Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Prospective contractors must ensure their SAM registration includes the NAICS Code 335932 and that the Contractor meets the size standard requirement of 500 Employees in order to submit a quote in response to this solicitation.
