The pre-bid meeting is mandatory attendance in order to be considered responsive. The requirements to attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled for April 23, 2013 are listed in Section L.11. Telephone calls associated with this solicitation will not be acknowledged or returned. All questions must be submitted in writing prior to April 25, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. CST. Proposals that are submitted that do not contain ALL submittal requirements identified in Section L, paragraph 9 will be considered non-responsive.
