- This is a modification to the solicitation entitled Research Facilities and Engineering Support Services (RF&ESS) which was posted on May 15, 2012. You are notified that Amendment 5 reflects the following changes: The purpose of this amendment: 1) The U.S. Court of Federal Claims has issued a ruling in Arcata Associates, Inc. v. U.S., Number 12-846C. A copy of the Court's decision is attached. 2) The Government's response to questions received regarding this solicitation is attached. 3) An amended RFP will be posted on or about May 1, 2013. 4) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 16, 2013. 5) Proposals will be due no later than 12:00 p.m. PDT (noon), on Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Paragraphs L.7, L.15 and L.16(A)(3) of the RFP have been modified (see attached SF30, NND12374119R Amendment 5). Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/DFRC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=24 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
