- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote (RFQ). A hardcopy written RFQ will not be issued. The office of National Marine Fisheries, Manchester Research Station located in Port Orchard, WA has a requirement to purchase Brand Name -Fuidigm laboratory supplies. Vendor must provide the following exact products: CLIN 0001 -QTY 40 EACH 96.96 DYNAMIC ARRAY CHIP FOR GENOTYPING CLIN 0002 -QTY 4 EACH GT 96.96 DYNAMIC ARRAY LOADING KIT CLIN 0003- QTY 8 EACH 20X FAST GT SAMPLE LOADING REAGENT These products must be compatible with our existing Fluidigm EP1 analysis system. This procurement is 100% set aside to small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 334516 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order with required delivery of no later than May 31, 2013. Written quotes are being requested for "exact match" product described herein. All quotes must be FOB destination, Port Orchard, WA 98366. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within ten (10) calendar days of its publication. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to (206) 527-7513 attention to Maria Mendoza or email at maria.l.mendoza@noaa.gov. This is a simplified acquisition. This notice is hereby issued as RFQ No.AB133F13RQ01883. The following provisions and clauses shall apply to this RFQ and resultant award.
