- The above solicitation is hereby amended to address vendor questions and incorporate a change to a technical specification as follows: Questions: 1. Can you provide the latest version of JESD22-A104D? Answer: The latest version can be found at http://www.jedec.org/standards-documents/results/field_doc_type%3A%22JESD%22?page=2&order=field_doc_full_number_value&sort=asc 2. Can you provide further clarification for specification 9? Question: Does the specification apply to the refrigeration condenser? Answer: Yes, the water recirculation system is for the cooling water for the compressors. 3. Should the refrigeration condenser be air cooled or water cooled? Answer: See revised specification 9 below. Technical Specification 9 is hereby amended as follows: From: Minimum of a water cooled system; built in water recirculation system with no plumbing required To: If a water cooled system is offered, the system shall have a built in water recirculation system with no plumbing required
