Description
SOURCES SOUGHT Services: -Emptying Out Port-o-Potty Units -Emptying Out Waste Dumpsters -Delivering Water -Supplying Hot Meals Blanket Purchase Agreement 1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL VENDORS. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR A FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron located at Cannon Air Force, New Mexico, is seeking sources interested in a possible blanket purchase agreement to provide Port-o-potty pick up, Waste pick up, Water, and Food to support operations on Melrose Range, NM. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary for the operation at Melrose Range, NM. There will be up to 15 Port-o-pottys that have to be provided in two locations and that will need to be punped twice a week. There will be 10 dumpsters that need to be provided and have to be emptied twice a week. For water, botteled water will need to be supplied at 4 bottles/day/person (roughly 15 people/week) plus six refrigerated water dispensing units capable of holding 5-gal water bottles with enough water to keep them filled for the duration of the exercise (roughly one week). For food, 2 meals/day, one at breakfast and one at dinner. Standard breakfast and dinner menus that meet DOD standards for protein, starch, etc. For all other items (Port-o-potty pick up, Waste pick up, Water, and Food) there will be approximently a 30 day notice of how many people we need the items provided for. 3. The statement of interest should include as a minimum, the following: (a) degree of experience in providing same or similar services; (b) evidence of financial capability and technical/management resources to support a requirement of this nature and size. Capability packages are limited to five (5) pages (one-sided, 12 pitch, Times New Roman) or less briefly describing how your company can satisfy the requirements above. 4.
