- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) at the Rock Island Arsenal, IL has a requirement for a commercially available fully automated system for the loading and unloading of the M483 projectile. This debanding system machine will automatically load the projectile, remove the welded Rotating Band(by way of machining) from the projectile, automatically unload the projectile after debanding and collect all of the copper chips generated from the Rotating Band machining process. Contractor shall provide a complete technical data package.
