Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EQ-13-Q-0032 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with $7.0M size standard. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation on company letterhead to include all charges for the below listed items to be delivered in accordance with the specifications listed below: DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS: Contractor shall provide a qualified OEM service representative to perform the following work on a P&H Model 150 Crane, Serial Number: 55025. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or equal are required. The OEM service representative shall provide all material, tools, equipment, services, transportation and labor necessary in order to complete the repair work required for the crane. For any unforeseen repairs, parts and labor, the Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer before any additional work is performed. The following description of work to the P&H Crane includes but is not limited to: Re-pack steer and vertical stabilizer cylinders. Re-seal swivel Repair service brakes Replace door glass Repair horn Replace level indicator in cab Replace LMI system load cell Install and setup wind speed indicator. The work will be performed at W.G. Huxtable Pumping Plant, 5825 Lee 501, Marianna, AR 72360-0269 SITE VISIT: Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, March 14, 2013 @ 10:00 AM CST.
