- Amendment 0001 to the RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is NTSBQ130003. This requirement is issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS 336411, Aircraft Manufacturing. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits quotes for a Rotorcraft Flight Simulator and associated maintenance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ and RFQ Section C, Statement of Work. See the attached RFQ for a list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure, including options. The Rotorcraft Flight Simulator shall be delivered to the NTSB Training Center located in Ashburn, VA. Maintenance shall be provided for the Flight Simulator for the first year inclusive of the price of the Flight Simulator. Thereafter, maintenance shall be provided in 12-month increments upon the exercise of priced options. See the posted RFQ for a list of all applicable provisions and clauses. Quotes shall be submitted by no later than March 18, 2013. Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Matt Hazlinsky at matt.hazlinsky@ntsb.gov.
