- Attachment The solicitation will contain multiple NSNs listed on the attachment. The approved source is Goodrich Corporation, multiples CAGES 60678, 89305, 63395. Special provisions are Critical Application Item, Source Control Item, Critical Application Item, Configuration Control, and Export Control. A Technical Data Package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond. Transportation terms are indicated on the attachment. NSNs will be evaluated based on the Estimated Demand Quantity. Ordering quantity requirements for the production and surge quantities are indicated on the attachment. The solicitation will result in a 5-year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period and four 1-year option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 27 March 2013. Suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) utilizing the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the CCR and ORCA. Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
