- End Item Application: TICONDERGA CLASS CG (47) - NSN: 6685-01-386-6547. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Sensor, Humidity. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The proposed award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 3P item; the approved source is Howell Laboratories, Inc, CAGE: 22501, P/N 3905-G503. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a critical application item. The Estimated Annual Contract Quantity (EACQ) is as follows: Base and Option Year EACQ:24 each, the Max Contract Quantity is 600 each. The requested delivery is: 77 Days ARO; FOB: Destination - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 26, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.milon the issue date cited in the RFP.
