- Brand Name Justification Letter This is the RFQ for the Liebert Condensers. This is a Brand Name acquisition for Liebert Condensers. Please see attached Request for Quotes for part numbers, quantities and other additonal information pertaining to this solicitation. Offerors submitting quotes must have a letter stating the items were bought from an Authorized Liebert Reseller or that they are an authorized reseller. Questions must be submitting electronically by 15 Feb 2013 /1200 Local (UTC+03:00) Kuwait, Riyadh Quotes shall be submitted in QAR or $USD. The U.S. Government will only be accepting the part numbers listed on the RFQ document. We understand that there are newer models and different variations of these parts, but we specifically require the ones listed in our RFQ. Note: All interested vendors are responsible for checking this soliciation for possible changes that can be made to the requirement up until the quote are due.
