- Map 5 Map 4 Map 3 Map 2 Map 1 Attachment 3 - Wage Determinations Attachment 2 - Reference Materials Attachment 1 - Appendix A AG-569R-S-13-0006 Solicitation Document Solicitation Number: AG-569R-S-13-0006 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, #AG-569R-S-13-0006, is issued as an RFQ (Request for Quotations) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2005-65. This requirement is for the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating and the Small Business Size Standard is $7 million. The intent of this contract is to use an approved herbicide to control roadside infestation of two species of invasive plants on multiple locations in Bayfield County, WI. Acres are the unit of measure for this contract and the quantities are estimated. (See below chart and attached solicitation document for more details). ITEM DESCRIPTION UNIT 1) Knapweed Treatment June 1st, 2013 - August 1st, 2013 81 Acres 2) Knapweed Treatment June 1st, 2014 - August 1st, 2014 69 Acres 3) Knapweed Treatment 67 Acres June 1st, 2015 - August 1st, 2015 Provisions, clauses, and addenda including, but not limited to, commercial clauses 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Feb 2012), 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Dec 2012), 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Feb 2012), and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (Jan 2013), apply to this contract and are incorporated in the attached solicitation document.
