- Draft Solicitation- custodial services Reduced Level of Custodial Services Full level of Custodial Servcies The purpose of this RFI is to solicit the commercial industry to get your thoughts on the best way to solicit the Custodial services for JBLE. Due to possible funding constraints in the future Custodial services may have to be reduced at certain facilities. I am requesting suggestions on the best way to move forward in regards to the solicitation. Do you have comments on the draft bid schedule or suggestions for a better approach to flexibility in soliciting these services? Can you think of ways to evaluate the solicitation and the CLIN structure? Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
