- Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas has a requirement for the following: The contractor shall provide services IAW their standard terms as outlined in the Exhibit A quote mark Support Service Terms. quote mark on the QFLOW equipment located: Copperas Cove Medical Home Clinic, 458 Town Square; Copperas Cove, TX 76522; Harker Heights Medical Home Clinic, 201 E. Central Expressway; Suite 200, Harker Heights, TX 76548 and at Killeen Medical Home Clinic, 3404 Kaydence Court, Killeen, TX 76542. Period of Performance is 1 March 2013 - 30 September 2017 (Base plus four option years) The solicitation (when released) with the Perfromance Work Statement (PWS) will be issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) & will have all necessary incorporated provisions & clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for small business. The solicitation shall be available for offers on or about 19 February 2013. Closing date/time for this solicitation is 25 February 2013 at 9:00 AM Central Time. All dates & times are subject to change. All inquiries from industry need to be submitted in writing. Telecoms/voicemails are not accepted.
