- This requirement is for NSN 6680-00-445-5499, Counter, Rotating which is identified by Aerosonic Corporation, CAGE 98810, P/N 42906. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The estimated annual quantity is 72 each. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 30 days ARO. Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
