- The purpose of this amendment is to notify offerors that the subject solicitation W15QKN-13-R-0026 is cancelled in accordance with FAR 15.206(e) and FAR 19.502-2(a). As the Government has received no acceptable offers under the requirements of a Total Small Business Set-Aside, this requirement will be modified and re-solicited under Full and Open Competition. The new Solicitation W15QKN-13-R-0090 will be posted on FedBizOps at a later date. Please continue to check FedBizOps for this requirement.
