- PRESOLICIATION NOTICE Various activities in New Mexico area require delivery of an indefinite quantity of Milk and Dairy products beginning June 16, 2013 ending June 11, 2016. Activities will include customers for the following: Cannon AFB, Holloman AFB, Kirkland AFB, Fort Bliss Contract period will be 36 months and this is a unrestricted acquisition. This solicitation will be issued under FAR 15.101-2 Price Only. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation date is approximately February 14, 2013. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS In order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From the DIBBS homepage, select "RFPS" and then choose the RFP you which to view.
