- Visit Request Form Important information and instructions for potential bidders Statement of Work (Draft) for R140 Rotator The 96th Test Group, Holloman AFB NM, has a requirement for the fabrication and installation of an R140 Rotator. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZZC) intends to issue a solicitation at some future date for the purchase of a R140 Rotator. THIS IS WILL BE A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Government envisions a single award, Firm-Fixed Price type contract. Requirements are identified in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work and Rotator Specifications and drawings. A Bidders Tour/Site Visit is scheduled for 6 March 2013 at 0900 MST. Instructions are attached for vendors wishing to participate in the bidders' tour/site visit. Specific directions will be provided upon receipt of attached completed Visit Request Form. Questions and answers will be posted within 5 working days after the bidders tour/site visit. The NAICS Code is 334515-Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals with a Size Standard of 500 employees. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This pre-solicitation neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for information that is submitted by respondents. The Bidders Tour/Site Visit is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for or reimburse for any travel or related expenses. Any future solicitation, including the full Statement of Work will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). Therefore, interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates to include amendments. All interested parties are invited to respond to this notice, however, they must have current registration in SAM (System for Award Management). Register for SAM at website https://www.acquisition.gov. Information requested herein will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.
