- This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots, customer direct and foreign military sales (FMS).. The IQC is being solicited for one 3-year base with an option to extend the contract for up to three additional option years in one-year increments. Unit Pricing is being solicited for four quantity ranges per each NSN item with F.O.B. origin. All items being purchased are Raytheon Company CAGE and part numbers. NSNs are attached. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of ON OR ABOUT MARCH 11, 2013. RESPONSE DATE: See RFP Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: None The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
