- Draft RFP Update: Notice to Industry Partners. Due to the high level of interest in this acquisition, extra review of the documentation has been levied on the acquisition team. This has caused a delay in the release of the Draft RFP. The team is now expecting to release the documents by close of business Monday 18 February 2013. Due to this delay the acquisition team requests all questions in regards to the Draft RFP be submitted to nathan.miracle@us.af.mil by close of business Friday 22 February 2013. Some questions will be addressed at Industry Day, but due to time constraints the team may not get to every single question. Answers to every question will be posted to FedBizOpps after the conclusion of the ATEP II Industry Day and 1-on-1 sessions.
